You know you can discontinue the Subtang Playground Online Program at any time. 1.2 You understand that the Subtang Platform helps you facilitate personal and professional goals that may involve areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating the Subtang Playground Online Program and Platform into those areas, and implementing your choices is your responsibility. 1.3 You understand that the Subtang Playground Online Program method does not involve diagnosing or treating mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association or any Psychiatric Association. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours, and you acknowledge that your decisions and actions are your sole responsibility.
2.1 LearnWorlds provides Isik Kavuzlu with an online environment to host her services and build, design, publish, share, and/or sell courses and coaching offerings to her end-users. 2.2 To access or use the Subtang Platform, register for an Account. When you register for an Account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your Account up to date, where applicable. 2.3 LearnWorlds does not provide, sell, rent, release, disclose, or otherwise transfer your data to the Subtang Platform for monetary or other valuable consideration. You assume full responsibility for disclosing and using any personal information you disclose to Isik Kavuzlu on the Platform. 2.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between You and Isik Kavuzlu and subtang.com.
3.1 Subtang Platform accepts PayPal as a payment method. 3.2 Subtang Platform offers a two-week trial period. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services sold. To activate the trial period, you must create an Account with your email and accept the Terms and Conditions. 3.3 If Subtang Platform discovers an error in the price or description of the course after your order is processed, Subtang Platform will inform you immediately and make all reasonable efforts to correct the error. 4.1 LearnWorlds grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable license to use their Platform to create, edit, manage, and operate subtang.com business purposes. 4.2 Isik Kavuzlu has and retains the ownership of copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Subtang Platform Content, mainly the Subtang Model (subject to any third-party rights in that Content and the terms of any license under which Subtang uses such Content), including research, idea, information, data, text, audio, video or photos 4.3 The Subtang Platform is not responsible in any way for nor representations or warranties about any third-party content in Subtang Platform. 4.4 All Content is in the Subtang Platform protected by applicable European and international intellectual property laws and treaties. 4.5 By accepting these Terms of Conditions, you agree not to copy, download, or try to obtain any part of the Subtang Platform.
